📋 Description

• Work as strategic advisor providing MongoDB best practices and strategy.
• Guide customers to accelerate time-to-value and deployment health strategies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts.
• Facilitate resolution of high-stakes challenges and expand MongoDB usage.
• Collect feedback to inform Product and Leadership on product direction.
• Liaise between customers and product engineering to shape roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in CS, TAC, or similar for a technical product.
• 5+ years owning health and ARR for defined portfolio (Forbes Global 2000).
• Advocate for customers; act as extension of their team.
• Technical aptitude; eagerness to learn MongoDB concepts and databases.
• Autonomy; own portfolio; escalate to execs when needed.
• Fluent in French and English.
