📋 Description

• Lead the post-sale relationship of Canva's strategic accounts within the customer journey
• Proactively identify and work on upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales by
• Own renewal execution and expansion strategy for a strategic book of business, directly
• Proactively diagnose risk, develop mitigation plans, and mobilize internal resources—including
• Partner cross-functionally across teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Enterprise-level post-sale experience in B2B SaaS with a demonstrated history of
• Proven track record of owning a book of business and articulating retention and growth results with
• Data-driven storytelling: use data and analytics to build compelling narratives that influence both
• Commercially minded: think like a business owner, manage revenue, identify growth levers, negotiate
• Consultative and strategic: lead with curiosity, ask the right questions, connect product value to
• Relationship builder: build trust at every level, skilled at multi-threading, navigating complex
