📋 Description

• Define and deliver value by aligning with each customer on strategic priorities and KPIs (e.g.
• Lead business reviews with customer leadership, showing performance against peer-cohort benchmarks
• Drive adoption by designing training and enablement plans, coordinating with support and solutions
• Guide customers into Intelligent Origination by piloting, adopting, and measuring AI agents like
• Protect the account by monitoring health and sentiment, flagging risks early, and leading recovery
• Act as the customer's voice inside Blend, coordinating teams and escalating when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS company, consulting firm, or lending institution
• Deep knowledge of lending operations from application to close; mortgage and home equity experience
• Comfortable with metrics and able to discuss performance data with customers.
• Open to AI and eager to learn new AI tools.
• Outstanding presentation and writing skills, comfortable with C-level leaders.
• Collaborative, able to rally internal teams and hold both sides accountable.
