Strategic Deals Lead, Compute & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own deals end to end in your focus area, from opportunity identification and term sheet development
• Lead negotiations for complex, high-value agreements with hyperscalers and other cloud providers
• Bring capital markets and financing thinking to every transaction, including vendor financing
• Build financial models, term analyses, and commercial frameworks that compare supply options and
• Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to understand future workload requirements and
• Build and own senior relationships with commercial, finance, product, and legal counterparts across

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of originating, structuring, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value
• Transactional experience in at least one focus area: cloud capacity or data center transactions
• Working knowledge of how large infrastructure commitments are financed, such as vendor financing
• Financial modeling skills to build and pressure-test the economics of large infrastructure
• Experience developing term sheets and negotiating definitive agreements alongside legal counsel
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate engineering requirements into deal structures
