Strategic Delivery Manager (Specialist)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects for key merchants.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API/payment integration.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial, and Merchants.
• Work with Solution Architects to coordinate APIs, SDKs, credentials, testing.
• Identify risks and blockers; lead governance and escalation.
• Manage go-live readiness, monitoring, validation checklists, rollout plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technical integration projects in fintech/SaaS/payments.
• Strong PM skills coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Strong API/SDK/integration knowledge and translating tech to business value.
• Designing tailored technical solutions for customers.
