📋 Description

• Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise to improve automation, standardization, and simplicity.
• Influence AI adoption strategy and embed AI into systems and workflows to drive analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions.
• Own the financial planning platform (Pigment): development, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration.
• Own the systems roadmap end-to-end: prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, governance.
• Design and evolve a best-in-class systems architecture, optimizing data flows and integrations across Pigment and the broader data ecosystem.
• Establish cross-functional partnerships with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to influence data architecture and forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, roadmap execution or related function
• Strong technical skills with system design & implementation, AI automation, data architecture, and integrations
• Working knowledge of financial processes including O2C, P2P, FP&A, Accounting Ops, and close cycles
• Strong project management instincts, with ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency with SQL
