Strategic Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end financial models for products and business lines
• Develop novel financial frameworks for strategic decisions across functions
• Execute rapid analyses on short timelines for scalable solutions
• Create transparency into manufacturing costs with FP&A and cost-reduction roadmaps
• Maintain competitive landscape databases and target screening
• Support investor relations with executive & board materials

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years in corporate finance, investment banking, FP&A, consulting, or related finance roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong interest/experience in aerospace/defense or highly regulated industries
• Advanced Excel with dynamic models and scenario analyses
• Willingness to learn ERP & FP&A systems (Netsuite, Manufacturo, Adaptive)
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment; comfortable in hybrid cross-continent teams
