📋 Description

• Join the R&D Finance team supporting budgeting, headcount planning, and opex management for one
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Corporate FP&A to maintain the R&D budget
• Provide monthly variance analysis and reporting to R&D leadership and executives.
• Support headcount planning, vendor spend tracking, and recurring finance deliverables (dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in FP&A, ideally with engineering/product/IT in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Familiarity with FP&A tools like Pigment or Anaplan is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across time zones and with technical stakeholders.
• Comfort with structured data, recurring reporting, and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
