Strategic Finance Associate

📋 Description

• Financial analysis: modeling, forecasting, variance analysis; identify trends.
• Strategic planning: align financial objectives with business goals.
• Budgeting and forecasting: update models; assist quarterly budgets.
• Data analysis: interpret financial/operational data; present findings.
• Financial reporting: create and present reports and dashboards.
• Ad hoc analysis: support special projects as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or master's preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Audit (Big 4), FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage exec audience.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving; explain key takeaways and recommendations.
• Experience with Google Suite and finance systems (Netsuite, Cube) is a plus.
