Strategic Finance Associate

📋 Description

• Lead the preparation, review and analysis of OEGen cash flow actuals and forecasts, including
• Regularly engage with department heads and other senior Group stakeholders on a range of financial
• Coordinate the annual budget process across OEGen assets
• Support the OEGen Strategic Finance Lead in identifying and managing economic trade-offs across the
• Monitor actual performance against plan, identifying key drivers of variance and working with the
• Prepare and coordinate monthly financial reporting, quarterly strategic Board packs and other

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
• Experience or knowledge in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including building and
• Familiarity with financial reporting and month-end processes (accounting degree not required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data
• Experience or exposure to board and investor reporting and financial presentations
• Knowledge of capital structure and fundraising processes is a plus
