📋 Description

• Drive financial analysis for a national private school network on PrimerOS.
• Partner with Head of Finance and leaders to weigh tradeoffs and steer strategy.
• Own site-level forecasts with state GM teams to ground decisions.
• Collaborate with Real Estate on pro-forma modeling, returns forecasting, and budget-vs-actual analyses.
• Provide cross-functional guidance and data to inform headcount and marketing spend.
• Support Monthly Business Review and deliver management financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in corporate finance; modeling and reporting required; finance partnerships a plus.
• Experience across real estate, capital planning, and corporate finance; expert in at least one.
• AI-forward: comfortable building models with minimal reliance on external AI tools.
• Resilient startup mindset; builder mentality and eagerness to learn.
• Diplomatic and trustworthy; adapt style for varied financial sophistication.
• Financial acumen to clarify decisions with rigorous analysis.
