📋 Description

• Partner with exec and functional leaders to drive decisions.
• Build and own financial models, capacity and benefits modeling.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams to deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Identify and implement AI and automation-driven improvements that scale processes.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for executives with strong judgment and speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leveraging AI in financial workflows.
• 4-6 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance in tech.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
