📋 Description

• Structure asset-backed and equipment financing facilities
• Build the underwriting case: unit economics, utilization curves, revenue, residual value
• Negotiate term sheets, covenants, and inter-creditor structures
• Develop SPV and project-finance structures to isolate risk
• Manage the capital stack: senior debt, mezzanine, sale-leaseback
• Own lender reporting, borrowing-base management, and covenant compliance
• Build relationships with banks, private credit funds, ECAs

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 7+ years in capital markets, project/infrastructure finance, or structured credit
• Personally closed $50M+ in asset-backed, equipment, or project-finance facilities
• Strong command of GPU economics: unit cost, depreciation, utilization
• Deep modeling skills: cash flow waterfalls, covenant compliance, sensitivity analysis
• Active relationships across banks, private credit funds, and infrastructure lenders
• Track record negotiating complex term sheets and intercreditor agreements
• Experience financing data centers, semiconductors, or capital-heavy infrastructure
• Background at a top-tier bank (GS, MS, JPM), infra fund or hyperscaler treasury
