📋 Description

• Own FP&A process end-to-end from inputs to executive insights.
• Build and stand up planning processes at scale.
• Develop and maintain headcount, opex, and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop and monitor key financial metrics for stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, incl. 2+ years in IB/PE/strategic finance.
• A player-coach who thrives at both detail and strategy.
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; GAAP knowledge.
• Strong analytical mindset; translate data into actionable financial plans.
• Ownership mindset; carry projects from start to finish.
• Experience with ERP/HRIS like NetSuite and Rippling.
