Strategic Finance, GTM

📋 Description

• Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for the GTM org
• Build and maintain models across revenue, S&M spend, headcount, and bets
• Analyze metrics for a usage-based business – ARR, margin, retention
• Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, pricing, and sales comp
• Help prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses
• Improve reporting and dashboards to scale with revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
• Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
