• 8+ years in strategic finance, banking, or fintech with growth planning.
• Expert in financial-product economics: deposits, float, spreads, AUM fees.
• Clear POV on what to build next, pricing, and targets; drive launches.
• Operate with broad scope, no playbook; bias to action.
• Distill complex problems to a few points and present to executives.
• Built AI into work and reshapes how finance operates.
