Strategic Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Own the core financial models that guide capital allocation and resource planning.
• Design incentive systems that improve employee performance, retention and satisfaction.
• Design commercial policies (pricing, packaging, contract terms) that deeply align incentives with
• Optimize A/P and A/R policies with Accounting / RevOps.
• Partner with CoS to own all board, investor, and internal reporting materials, turning complex data
• Work with the CEO & CoS to develop operating KPIs and reporting systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme agency, candor and rigor.
• 4-7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, growth equity
• Corporate development exposure is a plus but not required.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to build complex operating models from scratch
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward ownership.
• Willingness to match or outpace the hours and intensity of the leadership team.
