Strategic Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead financial planning and forecasting across revenue, costs, and capex.
• Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to align forecasts with the plan.
• Support monthly/quarterly close; provide variance commentary.
• Develop unit economics by segment (LTV, CAC, payback).
• Build data pipelines and reporting; automate finance ops.
• Foster cross-functional alignment for better decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Strategic Finance/FP&A at high-growth tech.
• SaaS/ARR fluency; model ARR drivers and unit economics.
• Direct experience building revenue models and customer analytics.
• Advanced financial modeling with multi-driver scenarios in Google Sheets.
• Strong cross-functional partner and communication.
• BI/data tools: Hex, Omni, Looker, SQL.
