🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, growth analytics, or a related
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of customer economics
• Ability to work directly with data and build financial models, using AI tools to accelerate
• Experience making growth investment decisions across both consumer or self-serve acquisition and
• A track record of independently identifying growth opportunities, building the analysis needed to
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust, challenge assumptions constructively
