📋 Description

• Build and maintain financial models to assess GTM investment efficiency
• Own budgeting and forecasting for GTM spend with owners
• Analyze operating KPIs and funnel data to evaluate GTM performance
• Partner cross-functionally to surface insights for decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services or analytical roles at a fast-growing company
• Proficient in Google Sheets (advanced formulas) and Looker or BI tools
• Comfortable with large datasets and strong financial data discipline
• Able to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and growth teams
• Proactive self-starter who seeks context and solves ambiguous problems
• Excited about AI in finance to drive faster insights and efficiency
