Strategic Finance Lead, GTM

📋 Description

• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting rhythms, with deep ownership of GTM forecasts
• Own budget-vs-actuals updates for GTM functions, identifying variances across sales capacity
• Develop board-ready materials and compelling financial narratives related to growth performance
• Support comprehensive top-down and bottom-up financial planning for 2026 and beyond, including
• Build models and templates to inform GTM investment decisions, including hiring, target setting
• Drive strategic projects — including pricing and packaging, sales compensation economics, vendor

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience across investment banking, investing, consulting, or finance at a
• Experience supporting revenue-driving or customer-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS)
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
• Clarity and polish in writing and presentations
• Experience with planning cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Comfort with working independently and proactively driving outcomes
