Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Independently tackle high-priority questions across the business, including AI costs and ROI
• Partner cross-functionally to structure ambiguous problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and turn imperfect
• Own key areas of forecasting, headcount and spend planning, and financial modeling
• Build and improve driver-based models for performance understanding and scenario evaluation
• Help build next generation Finance infrastructure, improving data quality and connectivity across
• Develop AI-enabled workflows to make Finance faster, more accurate, and more scalable

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, Strategic Finance /
• Experience operating in a high-growth technology company strongly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable building analyses from a blank page in
• High bar for accuracy and understanding of when additional precision will—or won’t—change a decision
• Highly analytical and intellectually curious, with ability to structure ambiguous problems, reason
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable independently managing multiple workstreams
