Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own quarterly and annual planning end-to-end, guiding strategy and resource allocation
• Build and own financial model and unit economics framework
• Partner with executives to ideate, support, and drive strategic initiatives
• Define financial and operational KPIs, build dashboards, and identify growth levers
• Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and cash flow; deliver timely reports
• Build and maintain complex financial models for long-range planning and investments

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Strategic/Corporate Finance at a high-growth tech company
• 1-2 years investment banking at a top-tier firm
• Expert financial modeling; build from scratch and stress-test assumptions
• Strong analytical instincts; distill complexity into frameworks
• Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to leadership
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; SQL or BI tools a plus
