Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Manage financial forecasting and budgeting; prepare internal management and board reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership and executives from analysis.
• Assess performance vs annual budget and long-term strategy; adjust as needed.
• Conduct variance analysis to deepen understanding of financial performance.
• Coordinate with finance and business partners to review forecasts and information.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and develop the finance team; foster cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business finance or consulting.
• Proven experience as a finance leader with team leadership.
• High proficiency in financial modeling; advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in financial management software (e.g., NetSuite) and spreadsheet-based planning/reporting tools.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization.
