Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead financial forecasting and budgeting, including internal board reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations from rigorous financial analysis.
• Drive FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze performance against budget and long-term strategy.
• Coordinate with finance partners to review forecasts.
• Coach and develop the finance team; lead cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years in business finance or related; leadership experience.
• Proven finance leader with team management.
• Advanced financial modeling; Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication; proficient with NetSuite and planning tools.
