📋 Description

• Restore active finance coverage to Marketplace partnering within 90 days.
• Formalize merchant partnership workflow with SLAs and documented process.
• Own new-products financial modeling/reporting for product launches.
• Lead marketing spend and RoI partnerships end-to-end in Q1.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic finance or FP&A with business partnering experience.
• Experience in high-growth environments; startup exposure a plus.
• Ability to translate commercial decisions into P&L and unit economics.
• Strong modeling skills; merchant/product business-case building.
• Translate pricing and terms into financial impact quickly and rigorously.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL a plus.
