Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with the business: Serve as an embedded finance business partner to 1-2 functions.
• Drive capital allocation: Build and pressure-test business cases for investments across product
• Own planning and budgeting: Run financial planning and monthly forecasting processes end-to-end
• Maintain forecasts and KPIs: Own and improve understanding of business drivers, help define KPIs
• Bring AI into the workflow: Actively apply AI tools to drive faster insight, greater efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience, ideally blending Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture
• Owned the numbers or been a critical financial partner to a fast-growing business or product line.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into strategic decisions, earning business partner trust
• Comfortable with ambiguity, solves open-ended problems, anticipates stakeholder needs, and adapts
• Communicates complex financial insights clearly to various audiences.
• Uses AI tools extensively to enhance efficiency and analysis.
