Strategic Finance Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Support global strategic finance initiatives that support the company's strategy and improve
• Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders to inform planning and
• Analyze business performance using KPIs, financial models, scenario planning, and root-cause
• Help build and improve financial and operational processes that can scale across teams and markets.
• Partner with regional and functional teams (e.g., Business Lines, Product, Data and Engineering
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through automation and data

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, consulting, finance, investment banking
• Degree in a STEM, quantitative, or business-related field and strong academic record.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to build effective relationships with different teams.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
