Strategic Finance Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Design and own core financial models for annual plan, long-range forecast, and GTM strategy
• Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, track KPIs, and manage spend efficiency
• Support executive decision-making with board materials, investor updates, and leadership presentations
• Drive forecasting and reporting across revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, and retention metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; Excel/Sheets; SQL a plus
• Extreme attention to detail and precision
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ownership mindset with cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with tech/SaaS business models
