Strategic Finance Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Finance partner to R&D leaders for investment, headcount, and resourcing decisions.
• Build and maintain models across headcount, cloud spend, capitalized software, and program
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis of R&D results, identifying variances and drivers.
• Support annual and long-range planning for R&D aligned with product/tech roadmaps and scaling
• Contribute to strategic initiatives via business partnering, analytics, and project management.
• Identify trends and opportunities to influence cross-functional decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
• Strong communication of complex financials to non-finance audiences
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to distill analyses into actionable outputs
• Effective communication and project management; organized, independent, self-motivated
• Creative/critical thinker; thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments
