📋 Description

• Partner with R&D leaders to inform investment, headcount, and resourcing decisions in a
• Build and maintain financial models for headcount, vendor/cloud spend, capitalized software, and
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis of R&D results, highlighting variances and drivers.
• Support annual and long-range planning for R&D, considering product/tech roadmaps and scaling
• Contribute to strategic initiatives with business partnering, analytics, and project management.
• Identify trends and opportunities to influence cross-functional decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
• Ability to communicate complex financials to non-finance audiences
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; distill analyses into actionable outputs
• Effective communication and project management; self-motivated and able to present to all levels
• Creative/critical thinker; thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments
