Strategic Finance Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Finance partner to R&D leaders on investment and resourcing
• Build models for headcount, cloud, software, and programs
• Analyze R&D results vs plan; highlight drivers and risks
• Support annual and long-range planning for R&D
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand Toast’s unit economics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, banking, or consulting
• Strong communication to non-finance audiences
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Structured, independent, and able to present to leadership
• Creative, critical thinker in dynamic environments
