Strategic Financial Analyst (GTM/Sales Business Partner)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts for Field Org groups.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly analyses of financial results and variances.
• Support commissions calculations, reporting, analytics, and annual comp design.
• Assist company-wide annual and long-range planning.
• Partner with Accounting on monthly close activities and commissions.
• Develop and improve sales and customer metrics (revenue, ARR, quotas).
• Advise leaders with proactive analytics for growth.
• Drive ad-hoc analyses to support long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 2–5 years FP&A/Strategic Finance, with 2+ yrs in SaaS Sales/GTM.
• Strong financial modeling, GAAP, FP&A best practices.
• Strong communication; experience presenting to management.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan); Salesforce/Certinia a plus.
