📋 Description

• Own the operating rhythm and governance for Growth & Planning leadership.
• Ensure leaders have visibility into priorities, performance, risks.
• Create management systems that drive accountability, alignment, and execution.
• Maintain a portfolio view of high-priority initiatives and resources.
• Identify cross-functional friction and dependencies; drive early resolution.
• Develop exec-level presentations, memos, and decision materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning.
• Experience in streaming/media/entertainment or digital consumer businesses.
• Partner with senior executives in fast-paced, global, cross-functional org.
• Led high-impact cross-functional initiatives influencing senior stakeholders.
• MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent strategy/operations experience.
• Strong business judgment and analytical rigor; assess performance and trade-offs.
