📋 Description

• Develop relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and referral partners.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal title and escrow teams for a seamless client experience.
• Track and report marketing activities, leads, and results via CRM tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of title, escrow, and real estate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
