Strategic Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary owner of up to 8 concurrent customer implementations
• Lead kickoff meetings; translate objectives into an implementation plan with outcomes
• Facilitate regular sessions, navigate change and objections
• Serve as strategic advisor translating business objectives into AlertMedia programs
• Manage milestones and ensure smooth IM-to-CSM transition after deployment
• Collaborate across leadership and product to adopt AI and emerging capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in strategic, customer-facing roles (Implementation/CS/Account Manager)
• 2+ years in Enterprise SaaS implementation and project management
• Experience with demanding, decentralized multinational customers
• Excellent project management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient with Excel; Salesforce, Gainsight, and monday.com preferred
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from managers to executives
