  • Act as primary owner of up to 8 concurrent customer implementations

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in strategic, customer-facing roles (Implementation/CS/Account Manager)
  • 2+ years in Enterprise SaaS implementation and project management
  • Experience with demanding, decentralized multinational customers
  • Excellent project management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient with Excel; Salesforce, Gainsight, and monday.com preferred
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from managers to executives
