📋 Description

• Work with Plaid leaders on key, undefined problems
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and drive outcomes
• Operate across strategy, GTM, operations, product, etc.
• Lead high-performing teams directly or indirectly
• Use AI tools and agents as a productivity multiplier

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in BizOps/Strategy & Ops incl. consulting
• Proven ability to identify problems and drive outcomes with minimal direction
• Strong ownership and hands-on, willing to roll up your sleeves
• Ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional teams
• Analytical, structured thinker; translates ambiguity into plans
• SQL and Tableau knowledge; AI tools familiarity a plus
