📋 Description

• Lead assessment and prioritization of strategic growth opportunities
• Translate ambiguous questions into structured analysis and recommendations
• Work across Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Product, Content, Marketing and other
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, emerging models, and trends; lead target screening
• Build strategic, commercial, and financial frameworks to assess rationale, value-creation, risks
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and growth capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, management consulting
• Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution
• Strategic judgment and analytical rigor including market assessment, business cases, financial
• Clear communication with senior executives and experts through polished presentations
• Ability to create structure, clarify ownership, anticipate dependencies, follow through and adapt
