📋 Description

• Deliver Insights Pro engagements that help employers shape early-career hiring strategy
• Expand Insights Pro with existing customers by demonstrating value to account managers and account
• Tell the ROI story for existing customers during business reviews and at-risk renewals
• Support new business by building data-led examples around prospects' use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in a client-facing advisory, consulting, or quantitative strategy role with experience
• Strong data fluency, able to analyze data and translate results into clear narratives
• Own deliverables from start to finish including decks and HTML reports with client-ready standards
• Use AI tools such as Claude to speed up and improve work and automate workflows
• Lead working sessions with senior leaders and earn trust as a strategic advisor
• Strong cross-functional partnership across GTM with empathy and data guidance
