• 3-5+ years experience; 2+ years in management consulting, private equity, or top-tier tech
• Strong analytical skills with intellectual curiosity; able to synthesize insights for executives.
• GTM experience with transformation topics (operating model, process efficiency, sales
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to program manage large-scale transformations.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or
