📋 Description

• Own the strategic direction and governance of Coinbase's Strategic Intelligence program.
• Lead reputational due diligence for M&A, investments, and partnerships.
• Deliver geopolitical intelligence impacting offices, personnel, assets, and strategy.
• Source open and closed-source intelligence streams; build partner relationships.
• Design AI-enabled processes to increase efficiency with human oversight.
• Mentor analysts, specialists, and contractors to elevate standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in intelligence, due diligence, geopolitical risk analysis, or related fields.
• Proven track record producing risk reports for M&A or investments at scale.
• Able to lead initiatives independently from problem to delivery, owning a defined capability.
• Communicates complex risks clearly to senior audiences in writing and speaking.
• Applies systems thinking to design for resilience and scale in intelligence ops.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.
