• Develop and own a clear narrative for impact across priority safety and risk areas.
• Translate complex research and investigations into concise materials for executives and audiences.
• Shape leadership briefings and risk readouts for quick decision-making.
• Develop evidence-backed safety retrospectives using existing reporting and analysis.
• Partner with Communications to identify stories and ensure material follows review processes.
• Work with Global Affairs to prepare briefings for government and policy audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in strategic communications, intelligence, policy or related field.
• Exceptional writer and editor who can turn technical material into clear narratives.
• Understand how to communicate with executives, technical teams, policy partners and government audiences.
• Distinguish credible evidence from anecdotes and avoid overstating findings.
• Experience working across teams with different priorities (communications, legal, policy, technical).
• Excellent judgment with confidential information and emerging risks.
