Strategic Operations Associate Director

📋 Description

• Propose, lead, and drive large-scale, strategic projects (including clarifying the opportunity
• Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives that advance core business and integration priorities
• Deliver executive-quality presentations and written communications to gain stakeholder buy-in
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic objectives and
• Perform ad hoc analyses including financial/operational modeling, process design, and research.
• Contribute as a flexible all-around team player - your responsibilities will constantly be growing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in consulting, operations, finance, or business analytics roles.
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of supply chain operations in an e-commerce or retail
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup and/or CPG is a plus.
• Highly detailed, organized, and structured problem solver.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Science, Business
• People development and managerial experience, with direct reports, is a plus.
