Strategic Operations Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Drive strategic planning and roadmap development across the COO organization
• Lead the COO organization's OKR process, planning cadence, and operating rhythms
• Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and governance mechanisms for visibility into priorities, risks, and execution
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Partner with Finance and People on resource, workforce, and budget planning

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in management consulting and/or strategic operations, corporate strategy, or business transformation with media, streaming, entertainment, or D2C subscription experience
• Strong executive communication skills with experience developing C-suite presentations, business cases, and decision frameworks
• Experience leading strategic planning, OKRs, quarterly business reviews, and executive operating cadences
• Exceptional analytical and financial acumen, translating data into actionable recommendations
• A structured approach to problem-solving, navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
• MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in strategy, consulting, or operational leadership roles
