  • Demo Workstream, identify upsell opportunities, and lead pilots.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to grow ARR while managing CAC and churn.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management or strategic partnerships.
  • Build executive relationships and move deals commercially.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, innovative company; speak to product direction.
  • Startup experience; understands fast pace and multi-hat roles.
  • Able to push back on executives when needed and protect relationships.
  • Actively uses AI tools and adopts new technology quickly.
