Strategic Payments Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Analyze the performance of payment partners, identifying opportunities to improve approval rates
• Assess the composition of processing costs, including MDR, interchange, card scheme fees, acquirer
• Build profitability analyses and scenarios to support decisions on pricing, negotiation, volume
• Manage relationships with acquirers, card schemes, banks and other partners, leading technical and
• Investigate discrepancies between contracted terms, charges and operational data, working with the
• Support routing and volume migration decisions, jointly considering approval rates, total cost

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry (e.g., acquirers, PSPs, payment
• Strong analytical profile, with the ability to work with large volumes of data, build P&L and
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase efficiency in analysis and operational workflows
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt quickly to constant changes in the Brazilian regulatory
