🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 8+ years in strategy, business analysis, or analytics roles.
• Strong financial/analytical foundation; interpret performance beyond FP&A.
• Experience with structured, hypothesis-driven methodologies.
• Combine quantitative and qualitative insights for actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence decisions.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving in ambiguity.
