Strategic Program Manager

📋 Description

• Act as primary customer advocate, build relationships, deliver quality experiences.
• Collaborate with pre- and post-sale teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage risks.
• Leverage engineering/manufacturing expertise with PM skills to identify risks early and manage changes.
• Serve as SME for the program, providing insights to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor milestones and adjust timelines/deliverables to meet expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in fast-paced engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise in CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding.
• Customer-facing experience leading complex, consultative engagements.
• Strong program management, risk management, and time management skills.
