🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience leading major product launches or enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong executive presence with senior leaders.
• Outstanding program management across multiple initiatives.
• Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred.
