Build cross-functional program plans across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Risk, Ops.
Drive alignment by identifying dependencies, risks, and decisions.
Establish governance cadences, exec reviews, and decision forums to stay on track.
Lead commercial execution of product launches and partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years leading cross-functional programs in strategy, ops, product, or GTM.
Led major product launches, partnerships, or enterprise initiatives.
Strong ability to influence and build alignment without direct authority.
Executive presence; communicates with senior leaders.
Excellent program management; handles multiple high-impact initiatives.
Payments/fintech/SaaS experience preferred.
